Cancellations and changes to your order need to be made for holiday pies (Thanksgiving and Christmas) 7 days prior to the pick up or delivery date. We are packing our kitchen full of ingredients and busy working around the clock to make the pies, so we are unable to accommodate late cancellations during this peak season. To cancel or change part of your order before the 7 day window, email info@emporiumpies.com and our team will get back to you promptly! Please be advised we are receiving a high volume of questions and requests during this time, so response times may be delayed. Rest assured, If your email was received with a time stamp of more than 7 days prior to your order date, we will honor your request, even if it takes us 24 hours to get back to you.
YES! We bake up a little something extra every year. Lots of people love the fun of getting in line before Thanksgiving to grab their favorite pie for their table. We make a limited number of these pies though, and they go QUICK, so remember to line up early (we open the doors at 11am) to get the largest selection of pies to choose from. In fairness to everyone in line, we limit the pie line first come first served orders to 5 pies per guest, so if you are hoping to get more than 5 pies, we’d suggest placing a preorder online where such a limit does not exist.
We sure are!! Come on in and grab a slice or two of pie as you shop around, or to take to your holiday celebrations! Seating in our pie shops will be limited because of the number of guests we are serving that day, but our friendly pie team will box up your pie in our slice baskets so you can enjoy it on the go!
Parking instructions are available HERE on our ‘pie shops’ page. Click ‘plan my visit’ next to the store you are planning to get your pies from, and you will see specific instructions for that locations parking.
You sure can! They will need to know the name the order is under, and it’s also probably wise to give them an idea of what they are picking up, just to be sure they have their ‘eyes on the pies’ you ordered and can confirm it’s all correct. They will be asked to sign off that they have received your order, once they pick it up.

We write the ‘best by’ date on each pie we box for our guests. We recommend enjoying by that date for maximum freshness. You can store our pies based on the instructions provided on the box, or found on our pie flavors and care instructions page, HERE. Freezing pie is also an option for most flavors. You can also find that information on the link provided.
Care, freezing, and warming instructions can be found HERE for each of our pie flavors! Enjoy!
We make pies fresh each day and stock our stores with pies available to be purchased by the slice or as whole pies! All of our flavors are available first come first served and while supplies last each day. We recommend getting to the store early in the day for the best selection, or preordering ahead of time to guarantee your pie is made special just for you.
Preordered pies are made to order. Therefore, we require 24 hours notice of a regular preorder for a refund. The exception to this is our high volume times where we have purchased ahead of time large quantities of ingredients to make a especially big batches of preorders. We require 7 days notice for holiday preorders to be cancelled (Thanksgiving and Christmas) to accommodate this difference in prep time for our kitchen.
Guests are able to preorder pies for pick up and delivery up to 48 hours ahead of time. If you have missed this window, you are still able to walk into one of our pie shops on the day you’d like pie and grab one of our fresh first come first served pies, while supplies last. We recommend getting to the shop early in the day so that you have the largest selection to choose from.
We deliver pies locally via our friendly pie team and pie trucks! At check out, you will be able to select ‘local delivery’ and enter your zip code to see if you are within our local delivery radius. If not, never fear! You can order pies to be shipped via our nation wide shipping partner, Goldbelly.
Our delivery window is between 9am and 2pm CST. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, as our trucks are routed based on the most efficient plan the morning of based on number and location of deliveries. If you’d like a timed delivery for yourself, or for an event, you can email info@emporiumpies.com and we will work with you to make special accommodations to our routes and prioritize a specific timeframe for you. We do not like to leave pies unattended! Please make a ‘note’ in your order to let us know special delivery instructions such as gate codes, and if you are comfortable with us leaving the pie on your doorstep/with a receptionist if you are unavailable to receive your pie.
Our kitchen processes tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, eggs, and dairy on shared equipment. We do our very best to keep work surfaces as allergy friendly as possible, but there is always a chance of cross contamination. If you have severe allergies to any of these ingredients, please use caution when you eat our pie. Each of our stores has a list of ingredients and allergens for each pie on the menu, and will be able to answer any questions in person about the items.
We do! We ship nationwide with our partner, Goldbelly. You can see pies available on their site as well as delivery charges and dates. We are unable to ship EVERY flavor of pie we make, because some are slightly more delicate than others. We ship the flavors that we know hold up to travel well.
Due to the high volume of pies, and the seasonal nature of our menu, we are unable to accommodate special order flavors or dietary restrictions. We are happy to include special notes with your pie if you are giving it as a gift, and offer birthday candles in the pie shops that you are able to use for birthday pies, but we are unable to write special messaging on the pies themselves.
We do our absolute best to hit the mark every time. If you feel like we have missed the mark, please send an email toinfo@emporiumpies.com. If proper care instructions were not followed, or address for delivery was incorrect, we will unfortunately not be able to refund your pie. Our team in the stores is equipped to make it right for you if you are unhappy with the flavor you ordered, or if there’s something you realize went wrong in the pie shop. Please let one of our friendly team members know and they will do everything they are able to make the situation right.
