We are a small bakery and make as many pies as we can, however we may occasionally sell out. There is not guaranteed availability on any pie and all pies are sold on a first come first served basis. We always encourage pre-orders for whole pie. Pre-orders must be made 24 hours in advance. All others will be offered on a first come first served basis.
Internet pre-orders are taken 24 hours in advance at the latest. If it is within 24 hours of your preferred pick-up time, please feel free to call and see if we have a pie available that day.
Pies cannot be reserved for same day pick up, but we often have whole pies available first come first served.
Yes, a limited number of whole pies will be available for pick up during the holiday season on a first come first served basis. Holiday hours may vary from regular business hours so be sure to check our website for more details.
Pre-ordered pies are made to order. Therefore, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a regular pre-order for a refund. Pre-orders for holiday pies must be paid for in advance and are not refundable. Refunds are not offered for pre-ordered pies that are not picked up or picked up after the scheduled pick-up date. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please call the store you placed the order with.

We make every pre-ordered pie specifically for you. Because of this, you must place your order 48 hours in advance.
Local delivery can only be placed with 48 advanced notice. Cutoff time for orders is 6pm CST 1 day before the delivery date.
We deliver pies all over the metroplex via our Pie Trucks, and nationwide through FedEx or UPS. Check out our order page to see if your address is in our delivery radius. If you are outside of that radius, you will be directed to our nationwide shipping program via mail.
Our delivery window is between 9am and 2pm CST. We cannot guarantee a delivery window outside of that time period. If you need a pie early in the morning, we suggest ordering delivery the day before.
You or the recipient will receive a text message when we are on the way. Additional delivery fees will be charged if the pie must be redelivered. We do not offer refunds if the pie cannot be delivered.
If the pie is a gift, please provide the contact phone number of the recipient for an expeditious delivery. We also recommend using their email address so we can notify them of the delivery and be sure they are available to accept the pie.
We do not deliver to restaurants unless we receive written permission from that restaurant to do so. If you are hosting a party at a restaurant and would like us to cater dessert, please email info@emporiumpies.com so we can make appropriate arrangements.
If we are not able to deliver your pie, we will return it to our main kitchen, if you would like to pick up your pie at one of our shops within 48 hours, you may contact us so we can make arrangements for you to do so. We can also do a re-delivery, but there will be an additional delivery fee. Otherwise, you will forfeit your pie.
Our minimum order for in house delivery is 1 whole pie or slice of pie. Due to increase in demand, our delivery minimum can be adjusted during peak seasons.
We do not offer refunds for pies delivered to the wrong address (if the address was as provided by the sender), if the recipient is out of town or unavailable, or not following care instructions.
If you would like to cancel a delivery, you must do so within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.
If you would like to make a change to an order, you must do so within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.
